Follow-up appointments: $150, automatically charged to your card on file at the time of each appointment.
All appointments are virtual. Our practice is fully self-pay and does not accept insurance. We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request; out-of-network reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
